went here for just a normal zip-up hoodie.. was disappointed when I found absolutely nothing I'd wear. Also browsed the t-shirts with the same result.. most positive thing I got from the experience was a mild workout walking up and down their many flights of stairs. Wouldn't recommend the place to anyone I care about... So check it out! :) right in front of the trolley station lol

Great store!! Super cute stuff for men & women. The prices are on the higher end, but the quality is worth it. Its my go to for giftys... Amazing selection of clothes, hats, jewelry, hand bags, tote bags, candles, housewares, music, skin care, perfume, knick-knackys, & fun decor ideas... & lots more!

Excellent customer service and lots of awesome clothing. The sales are always great and I love the exclusive items. There are lots of stairs to climb for each level but there is a lift you can use. The space in the shop is open and everything is easily accessible.

DONT BUY THE SWEATPANTS. Don’t recommend the sweatpants at all- they started pulling immediately. Also, urban sold me a pair of jeans WITH a crazy stain on the back that I didn’t see. Oh and by the way when I asked to talk to the manager/ find anyone to talk to- they said they couldn’t give me a refund (OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION). I tried to get in touch with customer service multiple times, they simply ignored me and sent me in a whole loop. Don’t shop here if you want good quality items. Literally I wore the sweatpants once and they pilled. And as for the jeans- if I’m buying an $80 pair of jeans- they better not have a stain. I don’t even live close to an urban outfitters back home. The customer service is unacceptable and quite honestly rude in a digital world where these things should be resolved quickly.

This store is extra big. Their clothes are soo cute!! And they are one of the only brands that fit really nice on my teenage looking body. Also, their staff is super nice. Love them. <3

This is a great Urban Outfitters with a large selection. Multiple floors so you can find everything you need. Despite the larger size of this location, everything is very organized, especially the accessories that seem to be all over the place at many other Urban Outfitters. The staff is quite helpful and this store is conveniently located in the city.
